Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and wanted a refund, we are here to help.
Firstly, customer shall state a clear issue faced by contacting our hotline (03-8066 3726) or email [email protected].
Next, customer have 15 calendar days to return the item to the shipping address below from the date received.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must come with original packaging
- The product is not used or damaged
- Include the item receipt for proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the 3 conditions above are not met.
Customer shall pay for the shipping cost for product returns. (Refer to Return Shipping)

Our professional will inspect on the product return and customers are eligible to exchange a new product or ask for a refund upon approval.
We will notify customer through email once we have received the product return.
Next, we will proceed for professional inspection for the product return and update status to customer on a daily basis.
If the product return is approved, customer has two choices:
- Exchange a new product
- Customer shall arrange for a pickup to our centre
- Request refund
- We will initiate refund to original payment method made by customer (i.e. credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Customer shall receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the card issuer’s policies
- Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs upon returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Upon refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
